Shipping

All orders ship within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise stated in the listing description. Preorder items will have their own processing time and will always be included in the listing. It's more likely for orders to process sooner, but please allow the full processing time to receive your tracking information. 

Orders are shipped First Class with USPS. Oliver & Etta currently ships internationally. Customers are responsible for any VAT and/or Customs fees. If you decide to refuse delivery, your order amount will be refunded once the package is returned to me, but the shipping cost will not be included. As a small business owner, I unfortunately have zero control over the cost of postage or VAT fees and am not responsible for the cost at any point of sale/refund.

Unfortunately, I am not responsible for packages once they are delivered to USPS. If you have questions about tracking, please contact USPS directly. If you have questions regarding your order, feel free to email me at oliverandetta@gmail.com 

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you have an issue with your order, email me at oliverandetta@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. I am open to repairing earrings after the 14 days of delivery, but shipping will be responsible to the customer. Earrings must be returned before a refund will be issued.
